What currency do you use?
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars, including GST.

Exchange and Return
We are happy to refund or exchange any item that is faulty due to workmanship, or damage in transit.  Unfortunately we do not exchange or refund if you have changed your mind. For returns or exchanges please email us at info@Basike’.com.au within 7 days of receiving your goods. Exchange/returns must be returned back to Basike’ within 14 days of email notification.  A copy of the original invoice must accompany the item for exchange/return in original condition.  Please indicate whether you would like an exchange or refund.  If an item is to be exchanged, please indicate which item you would like to exchange for. Basike’ will pay for the return shipping fees for any damaged product, or items not shipped as per original order. Basike’ web purchases can only be returned or exchanged via their original method of purchase. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Postage & Delivery
We offer a flat rate of $7.70 within Australia. Basike’ delivers Australia wide using the services of Australia Post. Orders will be dispatched within 3 working business days.  Delivery from point of dispatch will be within 2 days.  If you have not received your Basike’ reusable bag within 10 working days, please contact us via email at info@Basike’.com.au

Which country do you ship to?
We currently deliver to any destination within Australia. If we don’t ship to the country you’re in, drop us a line at info@Basike’.com.au and we can let you know if we’ll be there soon!
